Backend NodeJs Developer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js.
– Collaborate with front-end developers on integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic.
– Implement high-performance and reusable code for future use.
– Ensure the central database is performant and secure.
– Design and implement data storage solutions.
– Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
– Troubleshoot and debug applications.
– Implement security and data protection measures.
– Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
– Proven work experience as a Node.js developer (2-5 years).
– Strong proficiency with JavaScript and Node.js and its frameworks (e.g., Express, StrongLoop).
– Understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
– Proficiency in database technology such as MySQL, MongoDB, and/or Oracle.
– Experience in implementing applications using Node.js and databases.
– Good understanding of server-side templating languages.
– Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.
– Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
– Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
